1. General Liability Stop Short Auto Spa LLC and its employees will exercise the highest level of care while working on your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for any: • Pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, paint defects, rust, or clear coat failure. • Damage resulting from the detailing process on aged, fragile, or improperly maintained surfaces. • Personal belongings left inside the vehicle. It is the customer’s responsibility to remove valuables before service. 2. Stains & Odors While we strive for the best results, some stains, odors, or contaminants may be permanent. We cannot guarantee complete removal of deep stains, odors, or spills. 3. Window Tinting (If Applicable) For vehicles receiving window tinting services, Stop Short Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for: • Issues arising from pre-existing window film or defects in the glass. • Damage caused by rolling down windows before the film has properly cured. 4. Payment & Cancellations • Payment is required in full before or at the time of service completion. • If the customer is not present at completion, payment must be made in advance. • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee. 5. Weather & Mobile Services • For mobile detailing services, Stop Short Auto Spa LLC is not liable for any unexpected weather conditions that may affect the detailing process. • If weather conditions prevent service, we will reschedule at the earliest convenience.
