To secure your appointment, a deposit must be sent via Zelle (562)213-3779 same day of appointment request. Appointments will not be accepted without a deposit. ** DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ** **Appointment Changes and Rescheduling:** please provide timely notice if you need to make changes or reschedule your appointments via text, phone call or booking site within 24-48 hours prior to scheduled time. **No-Shows:** No-shows to appointments will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and a charge for the full amount of the scheduled service. ** Cancellations** Same-day cancellations will incur a $30 fee, with no exceptions. **Punctuality:** Each appointment time is specifically allocated based on booked services. If you are running late, please inform me immediately. A 15-minute grace period is granted; however, appointments later than this may result in reduced services or will result in services rendered. **Service Satisfaction:** all services are non-refundable, if you are not satisfied with your services, please let me know , I will make any adjustments to the initial service and have your nails fixed in no time.
