After 15 minutes, your appointment must be rescheduled or marked as a No Call/No Show with a $25 fee. Please respect my time and other clients’ appointments. • Cancellations / Rescheduling✨ You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made after the 12-hour mark will incur a $15 fee. • No Call / No Show✨ A missed appointment with no notice will result in a $25 fee. After two No Call/No Shows, you will no longer be able to book. Text and email reminders are sent—please communicate if plans change. • Kids- Free Zone✨ To keep everyone safe and maintain a calm environment, children are not allowed during appointments. I work back-to-back with other clients, and distractions can affect timing and service quality. My workspace also has sharp tools, so safety comes first.
