By booking with Steph Storm Tattoos, you agree to the following policies:
Deposits:
All appointments require a deposit to secure your time. Deposits go toward the final price and are non-refundable.
Rescheduling & Cancellations:
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule. Deposits may be transferred one time with proper notice. No-shows or late cancellations will result in loss of deposit.
Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten your session or require rescheduling.
Touch-Ups:
Free touch-ups are offered within a limited time after your tattoo has fully healed. After this period, touch-ups are charged at the shop minimum.
High-Fade Areas:
Hands, fingers, and feet are high-fade areas and may require multiple sessions and ongoing maintenance. Longevity is not guaranteed.
Design & Placement:
Final design and placement must be approved before the tattoo begins. Minor adjustments can be made at the appointment.
Design & Revisions:
Custom tattoo pricing includes the initial design and up to 2 minor revisions. Minor revisions include small adjustments to placement, color, or individual design elements.
Major changes to the original concept or requests for an entirely new design will require a $50 redesign fee. Significant or last-minute design changes may also require your appointment to be rescheduled to allow adequate drawing time.
Right to Refuse Service:
Steph Storm Tattoos reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
