Policy and Terms
1. Pricing Policy Service prices may vary based on the size, type, and overall condition of the vehicle. Additional charges may apply for SUVs, large trucks, minivans, vans, or vehicles that require extensive labor. A supplemental fee will be applied for pet hair removal, excessive staining, biohazard cleanup, or other specialty services not listed in standard packages. All pricing will be confirmed before service begins. โธป 2. Appointment, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. Failure to notify or โno-showโ appointments may result in: โข Full service amount being charged, and/or โข Restrictions on future bookings. โธป 3. Weather Policy Because detailing is a mobile service, appointments may be affected by weather conditions. If unsafe or unfavorable weather prevents service, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule at the next available date and time. Clients may also request rescheduling due to severe weather forecasts without penalty. โธป 4. Vehicle Condition & Personal Belongings Clients are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle prior to service. Spotless Clean Mobile Detailing is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Vehicles presented in extremely poor condition (excess trash, heavy stains, biohazards, mold, etc.) may require additional time and fees. If a vehicle poses a health or safety risk, service may be refused. โธป 5. Satisfaction Guarantee We aim to deliver the highest quality results on every service. If you are not satisfied with the completed work, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address the issue promptly. Photos may be required for review. โธป 6. Payment Policy Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include: โข Cash โข Card โข Digital payment platforms (Cash App, Zelle, etc., if you use themโlet me know and I can list them) A deposit may be required for large or specialty jobs. โธป 7. Damage & Liability Policy Spotless Clean Mobile Detailing exercises the highest level of care while working on every vehicle. However, we are not responsible for: โข Pre-existing damage โข Weak, loose, or faulty components โข Electrical issues unrelated to detailing โข Aftermarket accessories installed improperly Any existing damage will be documented before service begins. โธป 8. Access to Vehicle Clients must provide safe and legal access to the vehicle being serviced, including adequate parking space and clearance for equipment. If a vehicle cannot be accessed or moved, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. โธป 9. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe, hazardous, or if customer behavior is inappropriate or disrespectful.
