To provide the best service possible and maintain a smooth schedule, please take a moment to review my policies: ⏰ Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and considered a no-show, and 100% of your service fee will be applied. This ensures I stay on time for all clients and that you all receive the quality and attention you deserve. 🚫 No-Shows No-shows are subject to a 100% service charge. After 1 no-show, a 50% deposit will be required to book future appointments. Please respect my time and that of other clients by canceling or rescheduling in advance, when necessary. 🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. 💻 Booking Appointments All appointments must be booked online unless scheduled directly with me at checkout. This ensures accurate availability and avoids double-booking. 👁️ Fills & Retention Fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. If you arrive with less than 40% of your lashes remaining, your service will be considered a full set. Please arrive with clean lashes—free of makeup and oils—to ensure the best retention and longevity. 💳 Payments & Deposits A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for appointments and will go toward your final total. Deposits are forfeited in the event of no-shows, late cancellations, and late arrival cancellations. Payment is due at the end of your service via cash, credit card, debit card, Zelle, or Apple Pay.
