By booking with Soluna Intuitive, you agree to these Policies & Terms; All services and products are non-refundable. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling and cancellation requests made less than 24 hours prior to your session are non-refundable and your session is then considered forfeited. It is the clients responsibility to cancel or reschedule by using the link in the clients confirmation email. No shows and late cancellations are not eligible for refund or credit. Due to the time, energy, and personalization put into this spiritual work, there are no refunds for any completed/delivered services, workings, and/or made to order products for purchase for any reason. Custom Spell Working (Consultation)
Have a situation or concern that you feel warrants a spell working? Book a consult where I will tap into the energy of your situation, identify the root of your concern, and craft a custom spell working warranted for your situation. Deposit/Consultation fee is for time and energy and is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with a custom working. If you do decide to proceed the $25 consultation fee will act as a deposit towards the total price of your working. Your final custom working quote will then be delivered to you within 24 hours along with a payment link for your balance. Workings will not be completed prior to full payment being received. Once full payment is received, custom workings will be completed during the next appropriate day/time for your specific working unless urgent. (i.e. money workings get completed on Thursdays.)
