All amendments to bookings must be made minimum 24 hours prior to the appointment start time . 

Cancellations within 24 hours require a 30% fee and all no shows are required to pay a 50% fee prior to booking another appointment.  

Any issues with a treatment must be reported within 24 hours of your treatment and an appointment to fix said issue will be scheduled free of charge asap soon as possible .
We do not offer refunds .

Booked in with Maja for my brows for a wedding. The room was lovely, Maja was great, she made suggestions on my brows. I could have fallen asleep on the bed! She made sure i was very happy with my brows before I left. Its the first time in ages getting my brows done due yo bad experiences in the past, I will definitely be back to Maja and regularly. Lovely place, lovely person and lovely brows! Couldn't ask for anything better!!

Absolutely delighted with my nails and lash lift and tint, had the lift and tint a few days ago and went back today for nails, by far my favourite set in ages, 🥰

Had lashes done today with Maja and she did a fabulous job. I honestly felt so glamorous leaving. She's such a lovely person, the appointment flew in with non stop chatting. Would 100% come back x
