My name is Carwen Davies, and I’m a Reiki Master Practitioner and qualified Reflexologist (Level 3 Diploma, West Shires School of Complementary Therapies). Alongside my professional role in Cardio-Respiratory at Bronglais Hospital, I offer complementary therapy sessions designed to promote deep relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing.

I provide Reflexology treatments, tailored to support stress relief, emotional harmony, and natural healing. My sessions are mobile and by appointment only, with limited spaces available, ensuring each client receives individualised care and attention in the comfort of their own home.

Mobile reflexology covering the area of Aberystwyth. I will be charging 40p per mile for locations out of the Aberystwyth area.

Wow! A really lovely , relaxing reflexology session. Carwen is very warm , homely and friendly ,makes you feel very at ease from the minute she steps into your home.  Very knowledgable and the whole experience was just amazing. I felt very relaxed , calm and energised at the same time after my session . I would recommend Carwen to anyone and everyone. Reflexology with Carwen - what a wonderful experience in the comfort of your own home.  Very relaxing with the added bonus of aromatherapy oils. 
Carwen picked up on  various niggles and worked on those areas and gave some knowledgable advice and information to help on a day to day basis.  My sleep has improved and am looking forward to my next treatment. 

Carwen was absolutely outstanding. Calm persona -very intuitive and reassuring. I was fascinated with how much she knew about what was going inside my body just by looking and massaging my feet.
