Soapy Paws Grooming 

By scheduling an appointment with Soapy Paws Grooming, clients agree to our policies listed below: 
- Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee. 
- Arriving 10 minutes late to your appointment time will result in having to reschedule for a different day. We book dogs in a way to give each and everyone a relaxed, enjoyable experience. We cannot make those booked after you wait, nor will we reduce the service quality, due to said lateness. 
- If you are sending someone other than yourself to drop off your dog, PLEASE make sure they are informed on what haircut style and services you are looking for. This will avoid disappointment, miscommunication and confusion. We will groom ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE PERSON DROPPING OFF THE DOG FOR THE APPOINTMENT.
- We provide a pick up time at drop off or on busy days will be give you a 30-45 minutes text prior to services being complete. You MUST pick up your dog within 30 minutes of your given pick up time or incur a $10 late pick up fee. (*This fee will not be added IF YOU HAVE CLEARED LATE PICK UP AHEAD OF TIME*)
If you are the LAST dog scheduled for the day you MUST PICK UP ON TIME. We close the salon after the last dog is complete & do not provide day care services.
- Clients are responsible for their pets' behavior during grooming sessions. Soapy Paws Grooming is not liable for any injuries or damages caused by a pet during grooming. 
- Payment is due at the time of service. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client. By using our services, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Such an amazing experience! I was so nervous dropping Kali off as this was the first time she’s been to a groomer, and she can get very anxious. Kelsey was so well with her right off the bat and it made leaving her easier. At pick up, Kelsey said Kali overall did great and she was able to do the full groom 🥹. 

Always does show quality groom on my two goldens. Outstanding customer service and dogs love Kelsey. Highly recommended!

As always, Kelsey does a fantastic job with our two large dogs. She's great with them and taking our preferences into her care plan. I will always recommend her for large dog breed grooming.

Amazing first time experience!
Kelsey was a joy to work with. She heard and understood exactly what I was looking for. She could tell that both my pups were nervous and got on the floor with them to make them feel comfortable. When I picked them up I couldn’t believe how adorable they both looked!  Exactly what I asked for. You can tell how much she loves what she does!
