Policy and Terms

All massages and body contouring clients must book a travel + their service. A non-refundable deposit is due no later than 4 days before your appointment and is refundable/ transferable 48 hours before your appointment. If you do not pay a deposit and you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment a $25 cancel fee is due to be paid or you will no longer be able to book with me. Please detangle your hair prior to your appointment, I may choose to make it straighter for my own preference, but if I have to completely detangle your hair, it will be an additional $15 detangling fee for the inconvenience. Thanks ladies

Travel

This 45 min travel time gives me time to make it to your location, meaning I may arrive 30 mins after your appointment time because the travel is a part of the appointment. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU HAVE STAIRS, THERE WILL BE A $10 PER FLIGHT STAIR FEE. My hair station and massage table are both over 50 lbs, and it takes a lot to carry them up and down stairs. This fee can be waived if you carry them up and down the stairs yourself. Thanks for your understanding and support.
