Please read carefully before booking. Deposit A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit is sent via Zelle ([email protected]). If the $75 deposit is not received 1 hour after booking, the appointment will be declined. Rescheduling Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment time. Late Policy Please arrive on time to your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and the deposit may be forfeited. No Shows No-shows will result in the loss of the deposit and may require full payment to book future appointments. Results Healed results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Following the aftercare instructions is essential for the best results. Guests To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, please do not bring additional guests to your appointment. ADDITIONAL POLICIES Health Conditions For safety reasons, this service is not recommended for clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, undergoing chemotherapy, or taking certain medications that affect healing. If you have any medical conditions, please consult with your doctor before booking. Previous Work If you have previous permanent makeup done by another artist, you must contact us and send clear photos before booking to determine if a correction or cover-up is possible. Skin Conditions Clients with active acne, infections, irritation, sunburn, or skin conditions in the brow area may need to reschedule their appointment. Botox & Fillers Botox or fillers in the brow area should be done at least 2 weeks before or after your appointment. Right to Refuse Service Smariebrows Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is not a suitable candidate for the procedure.
