POLICY & TERMS A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received. Your remaining balance may be paid via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or Apple Pay. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show. If you reschedule your appointment with proper notice, your deposit will automatically be transferred to your rescheduled booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows without a deposit will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked. • No-shows will result in the loss of your deposit and may result in being unable to book future appointments, depending on the circumstances. • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and will need to be rescheduled. Your deposit will not be refunded. • NO EXTRA GUESTS!!!!! Due to the nature of the treatments and being home-based, no extra guests are allowed inside for our safety and comfort.
