Policy and Terms

By booking an appointment with Slayed Nail Studio, you agree to the following terms: Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. If you reschedule using the provided link, your deposit will be transferred to your future booking. There is a 15-minute grace period for appointments; lateness exceeding 15 minutes will result in cancellation. No children or extra guests allowed. Please refrain from phone use during services and eat before appointments as no food is allowed. If sick, reschedule; showing up sick results in non-rendered services with non-refundable deposits. Appointments before 10AM or after 6PM require a $50 VIP fee.
