All bookings must be secured by payment via the link your receive via SMS - otherwise they are null and void. I UNFORTUNATELY WILL NOT INSTALL WIGS THAT ARE NOT BLEACHED & PLUCKED OR WASHED. I would appreciate no extra visitors during bookings( limited waiting area) 20 minutes late is a cancellation without refund. I have to consider the inconvenience that my next clients will suffer in the event of YOU being late for your appointment Please make sure to use a number that I can call / WhatsApp for this booking or it will be null & void Please feel free to cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. Please use the link provided on Whatsapp to pay for your booking slot as it will only be reserved no more than 24 hours. Emphasis on CLEAN WIGS. You will be charged an extra wash fee for wigs that have product / glue or those that are overall unclean.
