Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. Please use the link provided on Whatsapp to pay for your booking slot as it will only be reserved no more than 24 hours. Emphasis on CLEAN WIGS. You will be charged an extra wash fee for wigs that have product / glue or those that are overall unclean.
