ARE YOU APPOINTMENT READY?

• Hair is included with all styles booked at least 48 hrs in advance(1, 1b, 2, & 4).
• Colors not listed are an extra $5.
•Your hair must be clean and product free (NOPE! Not even oil).
• Hair must be at least 4 inches for larger size braids.
• Parents will be asked to step out when servicing children for quicker services.
• I do not rush when I am working, please book your appointment accordingly.
• No extra guests or children. No exceptions.


LATE POLICY

• There is a 10 minute grace period.
• After 15 minutes there is a $20 late fee.
• 20 minutes late, appointment will be canceled.


CANCELLATION POLICY

• Please cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment
• If you cancel within those 48 hours, a new deposit is due to reschedule
• Any cancellations within 24 hours of your service, will be charged full price.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 
 
• Location will be sent the day before appointment.
• Discount cards MUST BE added into notes at time of booking to be honored.
