Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time If you do not cancel ,or reschedule your appointment there will be a cancellation fee. You have a 5 min grace period . Your appointment will be canceled if you don’t not come in durning that time frame . Once again I work by appointment and want to attend to everyone accordingly Pls book everything you need under your appointment (NAIL REPAIRS , SOAK OFFS , DESIGNS ) if you have a inspo pic pls attach the picture below.
