By booking with Slayed By A, you agree to the following policies. These ensure a smooth, respectful, and safe experience for both client and technician.

📍 Location
Home Based located in Cincinnati, OH

• If you’re allergic to cats, I suggest taking an allergy medication in advance. I vacuum every day, but with three cats, I can only get so much fur 

• During your service, my animals are always secured in a separate room.

🕒 Booking & Appointment Policies
	•	Booking: All appointments must be scheduled online 
       • All new clients will be required to pay a $25 deposit to secure their appointment spot deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE 
       •Confirmation is required by 9pm the day BEFORE your appointment otherwise your appointment will be cancelled 
	•	Late Policy: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee will be added. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and marked as a no-show.
	•	No-Show Policy: No-shows will result in a $25 deposit to rebook, Repeat offenders will be blocked from booking in the future.
	•	Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or rescheduling will require a $25 deposit to  rebook

💅🏽 Service Policies
	•	No Extra Guests: Due to limited space and to maintain a calm atmosphere, no additional guests or children are allowed unless being serviced.
	•	Nail Prep: Please arrive with clean hands and no product on your nails unless you’ve booked a soak-off. I will not work over another techs work 
	•	Soak-Offs: Soak-off of non-Slayed By A work must be booked in advance and will incur a separate fee.
	•	Nail Art Requests: Please send inspo pictures at least 24 hours before your appointment. Not all designs can be recreated exactly, but I’ll do my best to match your vision.
	•	Infection or Nail Damage: I reserve the right to refuse service if any signs of infection, fungus, cracks, thin nails or open wounds are present. Client safety is top priority.
	•	Work Over Another Tech’s Work: I will refuse to work over another techs work, a soak off is required if a soak off is not booked  or added I will cancel the appointment

💳 Payment & Refunds
	•	Payment Methods: Venmo, Cash, Apple Pay are accepted $3 Fee added to use Cashapp
	•	Refunds: Due to the nature of services, no refunds will be given. If you experience an issue with your nails within 3 days, please contact me for a fix at no extra charge (repairs only apply to services done by me).

🧼 Sanitation & Cleanliness
	•	All tools and surfaces are disinfected and sanitized between each client.
	•	Single-use items are disposed of after each appointment.
	•	I follow all Ohio State Board of Cosmetology health and safety regulations.

🔁 Rebooking & Loyalty
	•	Clients who rebook at time of service receive priority scheduling and exclusive access to promotions.
	•	Loyalty cards available for returning clients—ask during your next appointment!

It was a great experience she did the nails exactly how the picture was and she was very nice she even changed up some things last minute for my daughter and i really appreciated that highly recommend going to her
