Please review our booking policy carefully before scheduling your appointment: Deposits A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will go toward your final service cost. Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit. No Extra Guests To maintain a calm, professional environment, no plus ones are allowed unless they are also scheduled for a service. No Kids Policy For safety and to ensure a relaxing experience for all clients, no children are permitted in the studio. Refill Policy Refills are only accepted 2–3 weeks after your initial appointment. Anything beyond 3 weeks will be considered a full set and charged accordingly. Punctuality Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation, depending on the schedule. Cancellations & Rescheduling Kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
