All booking requires a $20 deposit within 48 hours. Bookings without deposit will be cancelled. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. For appointments out of operating hours please contact us via WhatsApp 242-454-5252. I confirm that I understand and agree to the following: ▪There are risks involved with applying and removing eyelash extensions. ▪Extensions will be applied carefully to protect the health of my natural lashes. ▪Possible side effects include irritation, itching, discomfort, or, in rare cases, infection. ▪I will follow all aftercare instructions; failure to do so may cause premature lash loss. ▪I chose to proceed without a patch test and accept full responsibility for any reaction. ▪I understand allergic reactions may occur and no refunds will be given. ▪If I have a reaction, I will contact my technician and seek medical care at my own cost. ▪Lash extensions are not permanent and require regular fills. Hybrid fill

Lash fills are touch-up appointments designed to replace lash extensions that have shed due to the natural lash growth cycle. They help maintain the fullness, shape, and overall look of your lash set. 40%-50% of lashes should still be in tact. Fills are typically recommended every 2–3 weeks, as natural lashes shed regularly taking attached extensions with them. Staying on schedule ensures your lashes always look their best and helps extend the life of your full set. (ALL SETS PASS 3 WEEKS IS CONSIDERED A FULL SET)
