Booking and Deposit - A non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is required to secure your booking. - The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service. - Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received. 2. Cancellation Policy - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. - Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the loss of your deposit. - Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will receive a credit towards a future service. 3. Home-Based Policy - Due to our home-based setup, we kindly request that clients come alone to their appointments. - Extra persons, including children and friends, cannot be accommodated. 4. Arrival and Punctuality - Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. - Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of the appointment. 5. Gift Certificates - Gift certificates are available for purchase and can be redeemed towards any service. - Gift certificates are non-refundable and expires in 3 months.
