1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern the booking of our services. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. 2. Booking and Payments Bookings can be made via our website or phone A deposit, known as a booking fee, of 2000frs frs is required at the time of booking to secure your booking. This amount is refunded on the day of treatment. Failure to pay, your appointment will not be booked. Failure to attend your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. This is to ensure clients attend their appointments. The balance must be paid on the day of your appointment. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed. 3. Cancellation Policy If you cannot attend your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment without prior notice or no-shows will be charged the full amount. 4. Changes to Appointments We endeavour to avoid any changes to confirmed bookings. However, in exceptional cases, we may need to make changes. We will inform you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled time. 5. Consent to Treatments By consenting to a treatment, you acknowledge the inherent risks and agree that we will not be held liable for the outcomes. We commit to supporting and addressing any concerns arising from the service provided. 6. Client Responsibilities Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling. Provide accurate and complete information when booking 7. Limitation of Liability Our liability for any issues arising from our services is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. 8. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.
