Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before, anything after this you will have to pay a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to pay this and you will be unable to book in again. Booking holding fees (deposits) are non refundable. For appointments outside of my working hours, an extra £15 will be added on. This is to respect me working earlier/ later and my time given out of hours. DECEMBER APPOINTMENTS - if 48 hours notice isn’t given, 100% of the appointment payment is required! This is to protect me and my business at such a busy time of year. Failure to pay this and you will be unable to book in again.
