Policy and Terms

All appointments require a deposit to secure booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in their service shortened or may need to reschedule with a new deposit depending on availability. No-shows may be unable to book future appointments. Due to the time and preparation dedicated to each appointment, all completed services are final and non-refundable. By booking, you agree and understand to these terms.
