By booking with Skin by CK, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Skin by CK LLC may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so before 24 hours of your appointment; late cancellations and no-shows can incur a fee of up to 75% of the service cost.
