Cancellation Policy

At SjtHair_London, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible service. To ensure smooth scheduling and to respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask for the following:
	•	24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client.
	•	Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, or if you do not show up for your appointment, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
	
	•	Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Please reach out as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
