Deposit: A $20 deposit is required at time of booking to secure appointment, deposit is deducted from final cost of service. If you schedule outside hours (before 9am or after 5pm) there is a $30 outside hours fee that must be paid up at time of booking in the form of a deposit. Late Arrival- Late arrivals can be accommodated; please communicate with your stylist if you are not able to make your scheduled time. There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, after the 15 minute grace period late arrivals incur a $20 late fee. Reschedule and cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give notice 24 hours before your appointment. bookings rescheduled or cancelled without proper notice may incur a reschedule/cancellation fee of $20. Repeatedly cancelling/rescheduling without notice or refusal to pay cancellation/reschedule fee may result in refusal to service you in the future. Stylists reserve the right to refuse service. Same day service- Same day appointments are welcomed, if you would like to schedule a same day appointment, please select your services and add-ons, and add yourself to the waitlist. Same day services are not guaranteed, you will be notified as soon as possible if your appointment cannot be accommodated. Hygiene and sanitation: In order to insure that we are working in a clean safe environment; and to insure the health and safety of all clients, having clean hair and a clean scalp is a requirement. Shampoo and blow dry are included in all styling services. Clients are welcome to shampoo and blow dry before arrival to save time; however if the stylists observes that the hair is not up to standard, clients are required to receive shampoo before they are serviced. Refusing shampoo may result in cancellation of your appointment. If stylist observes open wounds, sores, infection, fungus, etc. that may be contagious or interfere with styling appointment is subject to cancellation/ rescheduling. Outside hours appointments: Appointments that start before 9am or after 5pm are considered outside hours. If you choose to book outside hours you must select the "outside hours" Add-on and pay the $30 fee at time of booking. Outside hours appointments that do not have the "outside hours" add-on will be declined. The outside hours fee is a separate charge to accommodate for working overtime, it does not go toward the cost of your selected services. Outside hours fees are refundable if you choose to cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before your appointment; Should you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment the day off, Outside hours fee will not be refunded. Refunds- Outside hours fees are refundable if proper notice is given for cancellation/ rescheduling. Outside hours fees are not refundable the day of your appointment, even if services have not been rendered. Once services have been rendered outside hours fees are non-refundable. Outside hours fee is separate from services and disputes for services rendered do not include outside hours fees. Customer satisfaction is very important and you will be asked throughout your appointment to review the work and make any requests or changes necessary; Once your service is complete you will no longer be eligible for a refund. if you have grievances regarding the quality of hair installation (i.e. loose tracks, hair unravelling, etc.) please contact your stylist, full or partial refund may be offered. Child policy: Clients under 6 years are currently not accepted for services. Stylists reserve to right to refuse service; if you have booked an appointment for a child under 6 years your appointment is subject to cancellation. If you have booked an appointment for a child 6 years or over, please be sure that your child is able to sit through your selected service, please be sure that you will be available throughout your child's appointment. If your child is unable to sit through services, or you are unavailable to review and approve services being rendered for your child, they stylist reserves the right to cancel services before they begin, or discontinue services after they have started.
