Policy and Terms

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 22 hours before start time. If you No Call No Show, or show up to your appointment more than 15 mins late you will be charged 75% of your service cost via card. Non Refundable. Non negotiable. If appointment is canceled within 2 hours of appointment start time, you will be charged 75% of your service cost. Non Refundable. Non Negotiable. Clients will not be allowed to schedule further appointments until no call no show or cancellation within 2 hours of appt fee of 75% of the service cost. No extra guests unless both are getting services/consulted with me before appointment. No foreign nails or lashes , unless scheduled soak off or lash removal Anything after being 15 mins late will be counted as a no call no show. Deposit non refundable if canceled same day. $30 Squeeze in fee will be applied for any last minute appointments scheduled the day of your appointment or (before or after hours) 5% sales tax and 5% product tax will be applied on total cost of service(s).
