Policy and Terms
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure an appointment. If you decide to cancel your appointment this will not be refunded, however I am happy to move your booking fee once to a new appointment, unless this is for a special offer day. If you then need to rearrange again, a new booking fee is required. I am understanding when it comes to last minute cancellations due to illness - I know this can happen & can’t be predicted. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be required to transfer the full amount of the appointment to rebook for another day. I have a zero tolerance policy for no shows. I cannot express how much this affects me - if a client doesn’t turn up, I don’t earn money & can’t put food on the table. Please just let me know if you are unable to make your appointment.
