Policy and Terms

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure an appointment. If you decide to cancel your appointment this will not be refunded, however I am happy to move your booking fee once to a new appointment, unless this is for a special offer day. If you then need to rearrange again, a new booking fee is required. I am understanding when it comes to last minute cancellations due to illness - I know this can happen & can’t be predicted. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be required to transfer the full amount of the appointment to rebook for another day. I have a zero tolerance policy for no shows. I cannot express how much this affects me - if a client doesn’t turn up, I don’t earn money & can’t put food on the table. Please just let me know if you are unable to make your appointment. If you do not attend without letting me know beforehand, you will not be invited to rebook your appointment & your booking fee will not be refunded.

Sinful Signature Lips (all styles, designed for you)

Designed for you - natural, bold, Russian or corrective work. Lip price covers anything up to & including 1ml. It is not advisable to inject more than 1ml at a time into lips due to the risk of migration. Numbing cream is provided however if you have a low pain threshold I would advise purchasing a deeper numbing cream such as TKTX & applying this an hour before your appointment. For females I would advise trying to avoid booking your appointment around your time of menstruation as this can cause the procedure to be more painful. If you are going away I would advise ensuring you book your appointment at least 2 weeks prior to this to allow adequate healing time & ensure you can be seen in any case of emergency.
