āI purchased a 90 minute service to work on some issues I was having with my calves and my upper back. It has been two days since my session & both areas feel much better. Both are sore from working the knots out but I can honestly say there is a significant reduction in pain. My movement feels much more fluid and I am not feeling bound up anymore.
