**SimplyFacials Policy and Terms** By booking an appointment with SimplyFacials, you agree to our terms and conditions. Clients may reschedule appointments up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. Deposits, Courses and Block Bookings are none refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of the full service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. All services are subject to availability, and SimplyFacials reserves the right to modify or cancel any appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Treatment: • Simply Facials reserves the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue treatment at any stage if we believe a treatment is unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the client’s best interest. • We also reserve the right to cancel appointments or end a client relationship if there is a breakdown in trust, repeated changes to treatment plans, non-compliance with advice, or behaviour that makes staff feel uncomfortable or unsafe. • In such cases, Simply Facials is under no obligation to continue treatment. We prioritise your privacy; personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties.
