Initial consultation is *R450 per person excluding medications. Medication cost can only be determined after assessment. Follow up consultations are R350 per person.* Payment options are cash and bank card (visa and mastercard only). *Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits (if required in certain cases) are non-refundable in case of cancellation is not within the stipulated time limit or in case of a no-show. In the case of a no-show where a deposit has not been paid, the full consultation fee will be payable.* However, if you reschedule your appointment within the stipulated time period, your deposit (where applicable) will be automatically transferred to your future booking. *This would apply to any and all subsequent and follow up appointments. No exceptions will be made in this regard.* It is common courtesy to call and make the necessary arrangements should you be running late. Please observe such courtesy. We respect the time taken by patients in attending their appointments and, as such, try as best as possible to keep on-time. However, given the nature and sensitivity in dealing with patients on an individual and personal level, fluctuations in timings are indeed, a reality.
