If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me within 48 hours of the appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the service. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your service. Please note: •If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment as long as you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. •If you request to reschedule and I am unavailable on your desired date, your deposit will remain valid for a future appointment that works for both of us. •Deposits are not refunded under any circumstance. Online availability may not always reflect my most up-to-date schedule. All appointments are request-based, and a deposit does not secure the time until confirmed. I will reach out if your requested time needs to be adjusted. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
