I’m currently not taking on any new clients. All appointments are reserved for existing regular clients only. Any new bookings will unfortunately be cancelled. Thank you for understanding. Cancellations: – If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, 50% of the appointment total will be charged. – Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at 100% of the appointment total. - A little Request: If you’re booking the first appointment of the day, please make sure it’s as close to my opening time as possible. This just helps keep my diary running smoothly. Sometimes I may need to slightly adjust appointment times to help the day run smoothly. If this happens, I’ll contact you personally to check that the change still suits you. Hopefully this won’t be needed often, and I really appreciate your understanding and flexibility. Existing Product: I don’t work over or remove another nail tech’s work. If you arrive with product from another salon, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Repairs & Tips: Repairs after 5 days are charged at £3 per nail. Any tips added during the appointment are £2 per tip.
