“I hired Andy to do a home energy score and floor plan for a listing of mine in Hillsboro. Upon arrival Andy gave me a call to confirm a few facts about the condo. He let me know that with the current HES set up, the condo was exempt from the city requirement due to a condo being directly above and built on slab. I appreciated his knowledge and integrity. I still hired him to do the floor plan and He refunded me the HES fee. The floor plan was well done and he provide both a pdf & jpeg version.”
