Thank you for choosing ShotsByMalcolm! Please review the following booking policy before scheduling your session. Booking & Retainers * A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and time. * Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received. * The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling * Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. * Cancellations will result in the loss of the retainer. * One complimentary reschedule is allowed. Additional reschedules may require a new retainer. Late Arrivals * Please arrive on time. * A 15-minute grace period is provided. * Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your session or require rescheduling, depending on availability. Photo Delivery * Edited photos will be delivered through an online gallery. * Standard turnaround time is 7–14 business days for regular sessions. * Weddings and large events are delivered within 3–6 weeks. * Expedited editing may be available for an additional fee. Editing Policy * Every delivered image is professionally edited in the ShotsByMalcolm style. * RAW (unedited) images are not included or released. Weather * Outdoor sessions affected by severe weather will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Client Responsibilities * Clients are responsible for arriving on time, wearing agreed-upon outfits, and obtaining any required location permits. * ShotsByMalcolm is not responsible for delays caused by clients or third parties. Image Usage * Unless requested otherwise in writing, ShotsByMalcolm may use selected images for portfolios, social media, and promotional purposes. * Clients may request to keep their images private before the session. Respect & Professionalism * ShotsByMalcolm reserves the right to end a session without a refund if there is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
