Policy and Terms

Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. ♡ Any NO SHOWS that I am aware of through text message / or call within 24hrs will be accepted. Over 25 minutes late , your session will be rescheduled for another day. ♡ If you are booking for a " BESTIE DEAL PACKAGE," it will require a (1) person to have a Blink membership to have access to the gym. ♡ Meal Prep Guideline will be sent out & and provided for all monthly packages. Bi -Weekly check-ins will also be provided to see your progressions throughout each week. The " Flex Group Chat " will be home workout assignments you will have to complete until next session. ♡ Remaining balances can be sent through cashapp, or you can pay in full the day of the session. ♡ All Shimmer & Flex BOOTY BOOTCAMP Classes will be considered FREE to all clients that book me as their trainer for " MONTHLY SESSIONS ONLY".

Bestie Flex ( Coaching Session for 2)

This service contains you & your bestie having (2) sessions per week for a month. You have to show up together for it to be a complete session & have to have the same fitness goals. (1 )person has to have a gym membership at blink. *

Virtual Coaching w| me ( Monthly From Home)

This service contains a full virtual coaching from home . Equipment will be provided as well. All services will be provided through Zoom call.

Monthly Coaching ( Once A Week )

This service contains ONLY for gym exprienced clients meaning your not a beginner in the gym. You have 6months / 1 year experience already. Includes a workout routune suitable to your fitness journey.
