By booking services with ShayleCare Cleaning Solutions Inc., you agree to the following terms: OUR SERVICES We provide residential and commercial cleaning services based on the details agreed upon at the time of booking. Services may be part of a package or customized to your needs. QUOTE & PRICING Quotes are based on the information you provide. If the scope of work changes, pricing may be adjusted. Any additional services requested on-site may result in extra charges. PAYMENTS A 30% payment non-refundable deposit is due before on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, e-transfer, and direct deposit. Late or unpaid balances may result in service delays or suspension. CANCELLATIONS We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Repeated last minute cancellations may affect future bookings. NO ENTRY / NO ACCESS Please ensure we have access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot enter the premises, the visit will be considered a missed appointment and may be charged the full 30% non-refundable deposit fee. RECURRING SERVICE Weekly or monthly services may be offered under a flat-rate agreement with a scheduled service plan. Missed cleanings due to cancellation or lack of access are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the contract. HEALTH & SAFETY Clients must provide a safe and reasonable working environment. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe. DAMAGES & LIABILITY Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or undisclosed fragile items. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE ShayleCare Cleaning Solutions Inc. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to non-payment, unsafe conditions, repeated cancellations, or inappropriate conduct.
