Great experience and it was my first time😩

My experience was smooth, absolutely no issues during the session. The environment was clean and comfortable, and the service itself went well. My only concern was not being informed ahead of time about aftercare, like how soon I could wash my face, when refills should be done, or any maintenance tips. It was my first time getting this treatment, so I wasn’t aware of what to expect. Overall, I’m happy with the results and the professionalism. 

I'm always satisfied whenever my lashes are done by Shay. Retention is superb! Plus the environment is clean and relaxing.
