Policy and Terms

ATTENTION CLIENTS – PLEASE READ To keep things running smoothly, here are a few important policies to know before booking: • Late Policy: If you’re more than 5 minutes late, a £5 late fee will be added for every 5 minutes late. At 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled & a no-show fee will apply. • Cancellations: Must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations = £25 fee No-shows = 50% of service charge • Deposits: Non-refundable & go toward your service. Can be transferred if you give proper notice. • No Extra Guests or Kids Please come solo unless we’ve talked about it ahead of time. • No Refunds Let me know before you leave if anything isn’t right—I want you happy with your nails!
