Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations, including due to sickness, are charged at the full session fee, except as noted below: Sickness Policy: Each client have up to 2 sickness related waivers in a 3 month period. Additionally same day cancellation due to sickness will be charged at the full session fee. If the child is mildly unwell but able to participate at home, the session may be converted into an online parent consultation at the therapist's discretion. Please do not bring children to therapy if they are unwell or contagious, to protect the health ones. Communication Policy: Messages via WhatsApp/ Messeger or email are welcomed during working hours. Non-urgent questions will be answered within 24 hours Therapy advice outside sessions may be billed at the usual rate if it requires more than brief clarification. Documentation: Reports, case reviews sent to schools or other entities via email or reports are additionally charged. The fee will be agreed on before.
