📋 TERMS & CONDITIONS SHAPEDBYMILL By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms: 📅 BOOKINGS Your appointment is confirmed once you receive your booking confirmation. Please check all details are correct and let me know straight away if you need anything changed. ⏰ ARRIVAL Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened or cancelled, and full payment will still be required. ❌ CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES You must give 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Less than 48 hours’ notice or failing to attend will mean you are charged 100% of the treatment price. 💷 PAYMENT Payment is taken via bank transfer or card through my booking system. Please note a processing fee applies to payments done through my booking system. ✅ TREATMENT SAFETY • You must inform me before your appointment of any allergies, skin conditions, medication, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. • It is your responsibility to book your own patch test, which is recommended at least 48 hours before any tinting or brow treatment. • Appointments can still go ahead without a patch test, however by choosing to proceed you accept full responsibility for any reaction or issue that may occur. I cannot be held liable or accept any claims for compensation if you experience a reaction when you have opted not to complete a patch test. • I reserve the right to refuse or adjust a treatment if I believe it is unsafe or unsuitable for you. 🧴 AFTERCARE I will provide you with full aftercare advice. I am not liable for results or reactions if you do not follow this guidance correctly. 🔒 PRIVACY Your personal details are kept secure and used only for booking purposes. They will never be shared with third parties.
