Policy and Terms

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Under 24 hours notice requires 50% cancellation fee of the service. 100% cancellation fee during December. No shows will be charged in full. All new clients must be skin tested 48 hours prior to colour services. If you don’t have the skin test done before and fail to cancel with plenty of notice it’ll be charged. Over 20 minutes late with no notice/contact I will potentially have to cancel the appointment and the appointment will require the 50% cancellation fee. Situation vary, if I have time, I will happily still carry out the appointment if I’m able to, however if it’s going to effect following clients in the day, we will have to rearrange.
