- Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 2 hours before start time. - Clients 15 minutes late to appointment forfeit the appointment. - By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree that Shalom is not a medical or healthcare provider. - Our services are offered solely for general recovery, wellness, and relaxation purposes and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. - You confirm that you participate in all services voluntarily and at your own risk. - Shalom, its owners, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, harm, loss, or adverse effects that may occur before, during, or after the use of our services. - This is a relaxation massage focused on stress relief and wellbeing. The practitioner is not a registered Therapeutic Massage Therapist with AHPCSA but has experience working with international/national athletes. - Areas avoided: back of knee, varicose veins, recent injuries, abdomen (pregnant clients), crotch/groin area. - Please inform us of health concerns. You can stop the massage anytime.
