Certified Consultant who specializes in Sisterlocks™, Traditional, & Microlocs. ACCEPTING NEW & TRANSFER CLIENTS!!!! Consultations are REQUIRED for all new and/or transfer clients prior to providing services. A $25 non-refundable booking deposit is required to schedule a consultation and applies to the consultation only. Transfer clients are welcomed and accepted on a case-by-case basis. All transfer clients are required to complete a consultation prior to booking services. During this consultation, the current condition, method, and maintenance history of the locs will be assessed. A one-time $50 transfer fee applies to clients transitioning from another loctician. Please note: • Previous work will not be altered, corrected, or restructured during the first appointment unless discussed and agreed upon in advance. • Any necessary corrections or adjustments will be addressed gradually over time to preserve loc integrity. • Seven Locs of Hair, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing issues, including but not limited to thinning, weak foundations, uneven grids, or previous damage. • Maintenance recommendations may differ from prior practices in order to support long-term loc health. By booking a transfer service, the client acknowledges and agrees to this approach. If you are over, at, or going into 10 weeks from your last appointment, pricing begins at $200/3 hours and $20 per additional week until your scheduled appointment. (Sisterlocks ™ & Microlocs) ~Some services may require a 50% deposit (non-refundable). Cancellation policy: ~15 min. grace period, after 15 mins, will be treated as a no-show (Exceptions may apply). ~No Call/No Show will require deposit/ booking fee to reschedule services. ~If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hour notice will result in a charge of part or all of the service amount. ~ No Children Unless Being Serviced: To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly ask that children are only brought into the salon if they are receiving a service. ~No Additional Guests: Due to limited space in our salon, we are unable to accommodate additional guests who are not receiving a service. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a comfortable experience for everyone. ~No Pets: For the safety and comfort of all our clients and staff, we kindly ask that no pets accompany you to the salon. New Installation Scheduling & Deposit Policy ~ New loc installations scheduled during the months of August–May are completed on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). ~ All new installation services require mandatory pre-shampooing and pre-parting, which will be completed on Friday prior to the scheduled installation weekend. A 50% deposit is required to book all installation services and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due at the time of the installation appointment. ~ The Friday pre-appointment is required in order to proceed with the installation service. Failure to attend the required Friday pre-appointment may result in cancellation of the installation, and the 50% deposit will be forfeited. ~All Installation Services Are Final: Please note that all installation services are final. We encourage clients to thoroughly discuss their desired results prior to the service to ensure complete satisfaction. ~Seven Locs of Hair, reserves the right to cancel and refuse any services, as deemed necessary within the best interest of all involved parties.
