Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. Unless i cancel on my end then your deposit will be 100% refunded back to your account. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking, also if your interested in booking same day/ same hour appointments please text or dm me first to confirm💕. * pls book through the site, if u are unsure how to book a set dm me or text my number with any questions you have. * i do not accept appointments through dm unless im doin deals or model sets! * I DO NOT work over other ppls work or do foreign soak offs (if it’s not my work come with your nails already soaked off) * address and address instructions are sent in the confirmation TEXT when your appointment is ACCEPTED! Not in the email ITS A TEXT MESSAGE!!! * $15 deposit is required, deposit is paid through the site ( also deposit isn’t taken unless your appointment is accepted) * I don’t allow extra guest unless they have an appointment as well * after too many no call no shows n being late u will be blocked from booking * Theirs a 15 minute grace period before you’ll be charged a $10 late fee and after 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled * Inform me 24 hours in advance If you won’t be able to make it to your appointment * If I happen to cancel on my end YES your deposit will be sent back * I prefer cash but I also take Apple Pay, Zelle, tap pay or u can also pay on the site I DO NOT TAKE CASHAPP!! * If u are wanting to get serviced on a Sunday it will be a $20 up charge being that I don’t work on Sundays
