Sets By Sky Policies and Terms: • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to do so will result in a “no-show fee” which is 100% of the original price due to not being able to fill the appointment. • By booking an appointment with Sets By Sky, clients agree to adhere to our cancellation policy. • Sets By Sky reserves the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion. • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information. • Sets By Sky is not liable for any damages or injuries incurred during or after appointments. •If any injuries arise on your hands or nails you must make that clear before arriving, failure to do so may result in your being turned away (that also includes the health of your nails). •Sets By Sky refuses to infill or work over other salons work, your nail beds should be completely clear of product. If not a soak off is required. • By booking with Sets By Sky, clients agree to these Policies and Terms.
