Serene Esthetics 

Clients of Serene Esthetics are required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure all appointments, which may be applied once toward rescheduling with proper notice. Serene Esthetics reserves the right to cancel appointments if clients arrive more than 10 minutes late. Clients must provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments to avoid forfeiting the deposit. By booking an appointment, clients agree to abide by this policy.

*Serene Esthetics Wax Pass Policy*

All wax passes — including the Maintenance Pass (4 visits), Essential Smooth Pass (7 visits), Ultimate Pass (Buy 9 Get 3 Free), and 5-Visit Bundle Passes (10% off) — are valid only for the services purchased. Passes cannot be combined with other promotions, and services cannot be substituted. Passes have no expiration unless noted, and are non-transferable unless stated. Pricing and savings apply only when purchased as part of the designated pass.

*VALENTINE'S DAY SPECIAL POLICY* 
From February 1st-14th, Serene Esthetics is offering Valentine's specials, including the Love Yourself Brazilian Special, Sweetheart Brazilian Bundle, Lover All Over Bundle, Valentine's Smooth Pass (3  Brazilian Visits), and the Perfect Pair Brow & Lip Special. Services must be performed within this period, and the Valentine's Smooth Pass may only be purchased during these dates. Promotions apply only to the listed services and cannot be combined with other offers. No substitutions or refunds. Missed appointments count as redeemed services. The Valentine's Smooth Pass is non-transferable but has no expiration. Celebrate self-love and smooth confidence with us this Valentine's season.
