Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show. If you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will automatically be transferred to your new booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will require the full treatment cost to be paid. This will be taken via the booking app, or bank details will be provided for payment. Failure to pay the outstanding balance may result in future appointments being declined. Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or not attended will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.
