Policy and Terms

By scheduling an appointment with Secret Garden Hair Salon, you agree to our policy that deposits are non-refundable in the case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Failure to provide notice within the specified time frame will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Thank you for understanding and adhering to our terms and policies. All new clients must have a skin test at least 48 hours prior to any colour services. Please book a consultation appointment or message me before booking
